www.uncommonseed.com

If there is a hell... People like this will have a first class ticket there for sure.

Sorry, came across the TV version of this. This shite is why I hate organized religion.

Sounds like a Pentecostal preacher in my neck of the woods that once sold tickets to heaven.

Don't let a few bad apples keep you from going to church. As you know they're always going to be bad apples.

quote:

Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. -Hebrews 10:25

Eh, the churches do a fine enough job of that on their own...

I will admit a lot of them have fallen away, accepting gay marriage for example. The Church of Christ and Baptist Church are still Biblical though. Hopefully there are others.

Lol, I support gay marriage. Actually, I really don't give a frick who you marry or frick as long as you are a good law abiding person. I also believe in evolution.

I grew up Church of Christ.. going with my grandparents... My dad left that crazy bunch as soon as he got out of my grandparents home. He and my mom let me decide my own choices though as far as church goes.

I think the Bible teaches alot of good things.. why churches seem to focus on the stupid shite it teaches I will never understand.

You ignore the Bible at your own peril.

So you believe in God but you don't believe he is capable of guiding men to write a book of His word? How do you know what God expects of you?

I believe in the possibility of a higher power. I don't believe that the God described in the Bible is that God. I believe a God would be capable of guiding men to write a book. I also believe men would change it to fit their own beliefs as those books were rewritten by hand over and over.

As far as what God expects of me... Eh.. I have a conscious of the well being of other human beings .. I don't need a Bible or God to tell me that. Alot of animals have that, not just humans.

If God is so worried about who believes and who doesn't, he needs to show up every now and then. Maybe stop sending "signs" and start actually doing shite and people would believe.

Lots of AIDS babies in Africa could use a hand, yet he offers none.

Hurricane? Tornado? Earthquake? Sure why not? Lots of people will die, but what can I do? I just created the system and I am all powerful, but I can't be bothered to save my creations from the system I created.

ISIS slaughtering innocent Christians that believe in me at their own peril? Sucks for them.

If god does exist, he's sort of an a-hole.

I knew "Dr." Mike Murdock was behind it--the seed thing has been his gimmick for years (he's based not too far from where I live).

The Bible may be inspired by God, but man wrote it and have been perverting it for thousands of years.

The Bible has some good lessons to be learned, however it is wrapped in filth that man put in there.

The more close minded you are the harder your path will be to God.
