How is it possible that a person who Southern university has essentially found too advantage of an old lady and is still the director of an old person agency?? I mean seriously think about it.

In Ms. Plummer's memory of course, a celebration of her life and distribution of assets.

There are laws on the books that address taking advantage od vulnerable adults. The fact that these two miscreants don't have mug shots as a result of puking this stunt is ridiculous.

panel recommended that Jackson receive a year suspension without pay, revocation of tenure and a reduction of rank to Assistant Clinical Professor.

Of all the other reasons to shut down Southern Law, the fact that this was the panel's rec should go on the list. She should be disbarred and arrested and they want to suspend her? WTF?!

Oh boy. Eating their own. This will be interesting

Pierre was always a cool professor. He knows what's real.

Defrauding or stealing from the elderly should have something like a sex offender registry or require additional penalties or time.

I find it pretty interesting that they are out casting one of their own. Obviously we all know that the EBRCOA is a fraud, but it seems as if there is more to come out between these two and their associates are distancing themselves from the impending explosion.

Couldn't agree more. As someone who had a relative taken advantage of before passing with this kind of thing, I believe there's a special place in hell for them along with the prison time they likely won't but should see.

This should be the reason Tarsha is fired. If she doesn’t know the policies of the services provided through the agancy she runs she has no business being in charge.

A lousy $500 a month to put up with that crew of a family she have to deal with for years
screaming about wanting money for this and wanting money for that?
Sheesh. Who was getting ripped off?

Along with...

- Stealing FEMA money
- Traveling to Chicago and the Caribbean when there were still seniors on a meals waiting list.
- Co-mingling taxpayer money and non-profit money to campaign for an additional millage.
- Writing herself into an estate of a constituent.
- Allowing a board member who didn't even live in EBR to run the board.

Did I miss anything?
