Hammond is a shithole.......the 13% is 50% here, and we have the crime to prove it.

Google the crime statistics and get back to me. I personally know 3 people who have been held at gunpoint in Hammond. Burglaries have been rampant for 10+ years, but violent crime is really starting to come into it's own. And it is starting to happen in the better parts of town.
