Erwin has done that for his entire tenure on the Bench. It's pretty creative and not far-fetched as some judges around the country. The guy has zero propensity for violence in a state with a skyhigh incarceration rate, you send them to rehab or find other ways to try and get through to them.
he definitely needs a stern lesson now. But it's basically just to clean him up if he can get to a prison without a rampant drug problem.

I wonder if he's the guy that's been hitting up Webb Park area too. Nearly every street has had a vehicle or storage shed break-in over the last month.

I'd be surprised if it's not the same guy. I wonder if there's a way to show a pic to detectives to prove he was one who hit that area too. Bc I had something stolen that I guarantee isn't pawnable. An article of clothing basically that was custom made and there's no way he'd have it if h didn't steal it. Not really worried about it to be honest but I'd love to see more charges brought against him.

I live in Plantation Trace and was hit along with a number of other vehicles the night/morning of the 9th-10th. One neighbors video shows a white guy on a bike, so I guess it possible it could be him. From what I understand he didn't get much from my neighbors, but he got my 9mm.
