"Hello Room Service?"
"My room is REALLY cold!
My thermostat doesn't seem to be working.
Can you all send some blankets up?"
"Yes we CAN!"

This is what I want Colorado to do, allow smoking in public clubs, which it sounds like they are planning on doing soon. There's talks/negotiations in Denver. It'll be done on a municipality basis.
It may happen here. Were scheduled to be licensing in a couple of months, I believe each municipality can approve or disapprove of local clubs. One on the cruise ship docks here would make a ton of money.

In Louisiana? I remember a couple years ago, state reps making Cheech and Chong jokes, while debating to reduce marijuana possession penalties. And they didn't reduce it. Cajuns are surprisingly uptight about weed. Maybe its more in the boot's laces, but I'd be shocked if they legalized it anytime soon.
Nola would do it now if they could. They need tax revenue for infrastructure projects.

I wonder if this will lead the reservations here to do something like this. Weed is legal but you can only smoke at home. It would be cool to get baked at the casino.

Yep!
Washington?
Nope.
In before the lecture on "hemp" production.
It was for cordage.
To represent otherwise makes folks look silly.
