You realize this is not in united states borders, right?

Well, it sort of is. It's technically a sovereign nation, but is within our borders. There's no customs or border patrol. Though you can guarantee that the local cops are going to be all over anyone who leaves that reservation.

They'll screw it up, just like they screwed up the Grand Canyon deal.

It will be poorly built, poorly managed, and they will make it a depressing experience, just like the rest of the casinos they own and operate.

Lol. I love Nola. Plus, I'm a drummer, who played in a lot of parades, and with Mardi Gras Indians tribes, and even played with a couple different tribes for Jazz Fest. So I'm not kidding. If I ever move back south, which with all my family around Mobile /P Cola and me being only 32, I'll probably end up in Nola again.

But I am glad my patents moved from Lake Charles when I was 2. I'd probably already have cancer if I had stayed.

What about the Seminole tribe? They own everything Hard Rock. I'd say they have their shite together.

The point thing I'm skeptical about, is what kind of quality weed they will have. They are going to need some hippies. Anyone can grow WV. But growing to quality is another story. Not to mention quality concentrates. I'd hate for an amateur to try to make some bho, just to either blow up the lab, or not properly purge the solvents.

Agree. I didn't know that and stand corrected.

I was basing my opinions on the ones I've seen and reviews of the Grand Canyon overlook they built.

Yeah, there's some dumbass tribes too. I also think Harrah's is Cherokee owned., but I'm not 100% on that one. But for some tribes, those scholarships have paid off.

Of course, the Seminoles now have so much money, so fast, that digs are becoming a major problem in their communities. Lots of meth and sports cars, apparently. But that's another thread in its own.

I guess things have improved markedly since I was following it, but it appeared to me that a lot of the money was being squandered.

Alcoholism and illiteracy were still petty major issues, despite the tremendous advantages tribes were given in federal contracting.

Except Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, and soon to be a few other western states.

And I'd be willing to berry they'll have a white guy in charge of their grow op. At least until they figure out how to get 25+% thc out of their buds. Then whitey is gone.
