I know PC is cracking down on spring break stuff but I got 2 different MIC’s(MIP everywhere else) in texas while I was in high school and they literally gave you the equivalent to a traffic ticket and let you go on about your evening. taking these kids to jail is asinine

We never had any problems with LEO. Freshman year a PCB LOE made us poor out our entire ice chest. We played dumb bc 18 was still legal age in Louisiana at the time. He lectured us on Florida laws and left us alone. We were respectful. We also had 2 more ice chests full back in the hotel room.

These kids were arrested for drinking at 18 years old not child abuse, murder or rape. Calm down. I bet you were a blast to hang out with.

i was a mid to late 90s guy also. we used to tear shite up in PC. I went to PC last year for the first time in 15 years. OH how it has changed. All the shitty hotels are gone and replace by high rise condos. might as well been in Destin. No where near the fun we used to have.

Yeah it was about the same here. If they didn't just make you pour it out and move on. LSU was cracking down when I was there because the Ben Wynne incident had just happened in my SO year

Used to be able to literally stay for a week for $100. I remember some shitty $50 a night hotels on the beach. Moondrifter and summit were on either side of the clubs, on the beach and about 80 a night. We would pack a half dozen people into each room and it would be $10-$15 a person. $100 was an entire week at least, maybe 10 days, lol.

The problem started when idiots started falling from balconies, wandering in the street aimlessly at night and getting run over. I want to say, there were double digit deaths a couple years in a row (‘13 & ‘14). That’s when Bay County and PCB started cracking down.
