Blue Bell used to have Creole Cream Cheese prior to their hiatus from the market. I've been searching but haven't seen this flavor return.
Until I can find Creole Cream Cheese, coconut fudge is doing an excellent job of being tasty.

New Orleans Ice Cream Company. You can get it at Rouse's.
They also make Ponchatoula Strawberry, Chocolate City, and Bananas Foster.
