I watched in that area for a few years and it was never uncomfortably crowded. When riding, that’s certainly the least crowded part of the route. However, people have the room to walk along the side for an extended length. People would reach over the rail to grab whatever they could get a hold of. That shite didn’t happen on Carrollton.
For the record, they shouldn’t change a thing. People need to think more.
