Someone accidentally IMed me talking shite about me at work

Dude immediately responded "ah, I meant to send that to someone else.... I wasn't talking about you," even though they very obviously were.
I just said "no worries, it's been a long day."

I emailed someone once at work by accident talking about what a bitch she was. Luckily it was just a vendor.

I'm taking over a report for him and the format had changed and I wanted to make sense of it so I asked him to explain it to make sure I was understanding things right.
