frick it, bro. Just put it out of your mind if you can. Do your job and don't worry about other people. Unless it's something that might prevent you from doing your job. Then be proactive in resolving it.

Take a shite in some tighty whities and throw it on his desk before he gets there in the morning with a sticky note that says "Gonna need to me teach this again."

Send him a dick pic.

He’ll have to keep it to himself or risk being outed.

He sounds like a dick.

You sound like a nice dude.

But now you know what you have to do. Kill him, wear his skin as a skin suit for Halloween.

Eh, he had explained something weeks ago that if I remembered, I would have been able to figure it out. It's just been so long since I had seen that it was out of sight out of mind.

Nah, he was pretty unprofessional. Straight up, he is undermining you and ruining your credibility with other co-workers.
In my position, I have to review other people's work and a lot of times, their notations don't clearly explain everything. Sometimes I feel a little lost so it's either stare at it for another hour, or talk to them about it.

At the same time, when my work is reviewed by another, my message is very clear to me, but might not be to another, especially in Excel files.

He's an arse. If you were asking everyday? Maybe I'd say the same thing, but twice over a couple weeks? Sounds like someone is trying to get office brownie points

Actually it could have been worse...check it off that this guy is a coward dick..

I worked with a guy who was very bright and a dedicated worker. But he would get REAL drunk outside of work. One night he sent the President, General Manager and Financial VP of the Company Beatle lyrics via email at 3AM. We all had a good laugh at that one except for him. He wasn't fired but after the ribbing he got he wished he had been.

Dude immediately responded "ah, I meant to send that to someone else.... I wasn't talking about you," even though they very obviously were.

I just said "no worries, it's been a long day."

Not sure really how else to handle it

Look man, I need to be able to delegate to you without you coming to me with questions every minute.

It always takes a few tries to learn how to wipe your own arse.

You may get shite on your underwear at first, but that's the way you learn.

Time to invite him to really nice lunch place about halfway across town. After you eat remember to head to the bathroom...and smile as you drive off leaving his arse stranded and with the bill.

emailed someone once at work by accident talking about what a bitch she was. Luckily it was just a vendor.

I accidentally keyed on a marine radio and went on a 10 minute rant about how terrible one of our managers was. It was broadcast all over to anyone or any vessel that had that channel on, including our office where the employee was. She resigned that week.

Had this happen between an account manager, project manager and myself. They had emailed me about a safety question and asked me to fill out a EHS form for them. I asked a couple of questions about the job so that I could layout the JHA correctly filled everything out and sent it back to them adding a few items they had missed. The account manager replied to the PM some shite stating that I was one upping them on the safety stuff even though I had no idea how to do the job and that I need to just stick to safety and not project management. She forgot the fact that she had replied all. Didn’t say anything at the time, but they knew I saw it.

A few months later same thing needed me to fill out some basic EHS information and JHA. I responded back at that time that they were more than capable of filling out the form since I was clueless on how to do their job but that they need to get with our contact in order to get the right tools from the mill since they screwed the same job up last time and that I wouldn't have to step into the PM role if they could actually be found onsite at the time the work was being performed.
