Somebody hijacked my wife's order for cat medicine from an online vet.

The package came yesterday, but this is all that was inside. A Chucky blanket.

Only if sent via usps. Amazon, ups, fedex, etc do not afford the same protections. Same goes if the carrier wants to open and search your package, no 4a rights. Thieves will be charged with theft, if actually caught, but they quite literally won't make a federal case out of it.

I had a customer order a $55 car part and he received a plastic referee’s whistle. Rarely see errors like that if it’s ordered straight from the company.
