This is something people of my generation just had better than today.
We lived to go to concerts. Even if you lived in a mid sized city, you had band after popular band touring all the time.
Some of the ones from the 80s have hung around, but it still wasn't like the heyday.
What live music can today's youth see? Some bullshite rappers?

Outside of Europe, no one really knew who Madness was, except for the Our House song.

There's always something happening
And it's usually quite loud

At this point, a lot of the same ones you listened to. They just cancel shows more.

My Mom is from and lived in Shelby, Mississippi growing up(she’s 60 now). It’s as middle of BFE as it gets.

Yet she still tells stories about trips her and her friends took to see bands. She’s seen EVERYONE. And would drive all over the South to do it.

I’m 29 and I’ve been to 2 concerts. She thinks I’m a loser because of it
