seriously, go to urgent care, especially if it's in the lower right side

Actually...urgent care will only just send you straight to the er for any abdominal pain lower right side.

Sounds like a kidney stone.

If it is those of us who have been there sympathize.

If it hurts bad enough to talk to strangers about it on the web then you should definitely go see a doctor dude.

I am betting you either have a kidney stone or a bladder infection...

Share as much as you like...

How old are you? assuming male? Is it constant or colicky (comes and goes in waves)? Any worse or better with eating or bowel movements? Have you ever had this before? Came on suddenly or gradually this am? Does it radiate to back or groin? Any fevers, diarrhea/constipation, nausea, vomiting, pain when you pee or blood in your urine? Do you still have an appetite?

Did it start in the center then move to the right side? If so, probably appendicitis

Have you had trouble shitting? Could be bowel obstruction

Kidney stone is also very likely. Start pounding water and be prepared to have someone drive you to the emergency room if that puppy drops into your ureter

Also pancreatitis can cause a boring type pain into your back

That's my differential. Good luck
