I think you will see either an Italian or an African.

I think you will see a return to some sort of classical pope… so an Italian, or, a very conservative African

I’d go 5/1 on an African and 8/1 on an Italian.

TulaneLSU for pope. Then maybe he’ll finally move out of mother’s house.

Nick Saban is the only one that can restore the church to it's former glory.

But he would do it with Francis’s cardinals.

People downvoting Fray Tormenta? But why?

He's the Priest the based the movie Nacho Libre on. He wrestled to fund his orphanage and took over 2000 kids off the street by wrestling.

Wasn’t Francis supposed to be the last pope before it all goes down?

Malachy said so.

A couple of years ago, there were many analyses of this. All were based and some were upset that this pope had been filling Cardinal vacancies with liberals whose beliefs were identical to his.

Will he hang on long enough for any conservatives to become too old to vote on the next one?

Vergano or Burke

The current pope doesn’t care for them and has stacked the Cardinals (hint - they wear red even though historically it’s more the cardinal compass points than the bird) against them in hopes of another liberal South American Jesuit Diddler.

no, the age limit is 80, Sarah will be allowed to vote as long as it’s before June

And someone who is too old to vote at the conclave can still be voted in as pope, there is no maximum age for pope

this.

I think the Church can go one of three ways:

1. European pope = progressive
2. African pope = conservative
3. East Asian = Focus on China

3 from Africa
16 from France
5 from Syria
2 from Israel-Palestine area
217 from Italy

That doesn't narrow down the choices much. That describes every living Cardinal.
