Ozzy checked into rehab the day I left, would have been pretty interesting to be in some meetings with him

Saw it when they visited The Alamo. City official they met with told Ozzy they had a warrant for him.

They forgave him though.

I disagree that they are just parading him around. If you see his show when he does what he wants to do he is vigorous. When they went to the FBI range Ozzy turned out to be a crack shot. When they went to historical places his stammering stopped and he was belting out all the Jeopardy level knowledge.
I was impressed.
