So what is the opinion on LSU El Presidente Tate after a few years?

He’s doing a pretty good job. Most are pleasantly surprised with him so you’re likely not going to get the reaction you’re fishing for.

Needs to rename more buildings to get his social credit score up IMO.

That rendering of changes to Alex Box better be a troll attempt.

Other than that, not terrible.

He’s done a lot better than the OT projected so far.

Hopefully he keeps it up.

Not really heard anything. I guess that means he's actually doing his job and not using his job as some social issue platform like the past bunch of bozos.

If he can amicably resolve the Middleton situation to the benefit of LSU and the family, he will be a legend.

He’s exponentially better than F King. He seems to navigate the political line fairly well despite the fact he does not hold many traditional conservative values. He is not much of a pot stirrer and that is how it should be.

Pleasantly Surprised. I was one of the crazy politic board guys when he was hired. Happy to admit I was wrong. The guy lives LSU and Louisiana. That’s about all you can ask.

You’re exactly right. Liberal or conservative, I shouldn’t be able to figure it out while looking at his job performance. So far, he’s kept his own political beliefs out of how he’s doing his job and I respect him immensely for that.

Does he frequent Trader Joe’s? I’ll hold my opinion until I’m aware of all the relevant facts.

He is a big proponent of Critical Race Theory, but surprisingly he hasn’t pushed it ..at least publicly…. yet.

I’m ok with him for right now. He lets the AD do his job, and understands that LSU is only as good as it’s sports teams. Hasn’t pushed to hard of a work agenda, and has taken on more of a support role. He came inherited a pretty bad situation when he got here, and has seemed to have handled it pretty good.
