So what are 4year olds into these days? Gift ideas

My son turns 4 tomorrow and me & the Mrs are struggling with gift ideas.
He's got so much stuff already and with christmas just passing, there's nothing I can think of. So my Q to the OT is.. Is there any new cool things I don't know about?
He has a bike, a power wheel truck, had an iPad that he "fixed" with a toy hammer (no more iPad, lol), LEGOs.
No hookers, no blow. Waiting til at least birthday #5 for that
