Maybe some trannies are "delusional", or have a mental or hormonal issue that causes certain behaviors. But there are legit biological and physiological conditions that cause people to not fit neatly into either of the male/female boxes. There are a couple dozen different ways that we know of that a person can be "intersex", having traits of both sexes. Some are due to chromosomal abnormalities, some are due to problems during fetal development.

Some of these are obvious, some are subtle. Some present from birth, some only become apparent later in life. Some people never even know they are abnormal. Maybe everything works fine but they feel like something is wrong with them. Maybe they are infertile but don't know the reason. Some parents choose to have their child undergo surgery to assign a more definite sex shortly after birth. I have to wonder if the people who take issue with a trans person taking hormones or having surgeries would also take issue with the practice of picking a sex for an abnormal child?


And since your worldview seems to be that everyone should fit into one of two boxes, and since this view clearly does not align with the reality of the world, maybe the problem is that people go along with your obvious delusion?

That means that, on average, more than 1 out of every 200 you meet identifies as transgender. Think of how many servers you've had at how many places over the years. Think of how many transgender-identifying folks probably didn't express their identity publicly, especially at work, before Bostock v. Clayton County. Think of how many still don't.
