So this happened at work today

I'm a pharmacist at a retail chain and a lady comes in with a prescription bag and a medication bottle
She says she picked up her medication yesterday and didn't realize until she got home the wrong medication was in the bag. Our records show we dispensed DRUG A. Drug A is what she wanted but claims the bag contained drug B.
The bottle she says was in the bag had only 19 pills (out of 30) and the date on it was 3/3/16.
So basically she went home. Took the correct drug out of the bag. Grabbed a year old bottle of a drug she's not taking anymore and tried to say that was in her bag.
When we said that's impossible to have been in that bag she says "you calling me a liar"?
What would you have done

When we said "there's only 19'pills in here" she says I don't know what goes on back there

I was actually floating at another store, not my home store, the other pharmacist was at her home store and she handled the entire situation

If it's not controlled and inexpensive, fill it with the correct drug and quantity.
If it's controlled or expensive, have the manager pull out the video from yesterday.
