So my buddies niece goes to USL and said they offer $100 to come get vaccinated

After that they’ll randomly select students to get covid test, if they don’t after 5days they can’t come to campus. Banned.
Seems illegal to me , forcing college kids to get tested without any symptoms/reason to.
I hope this isn’t 100% true.

I remember being herded into the Union as a Freshman (1979) to get a TDAP booster through some kind of futuristic gun looking device along with every other student entering campus. I don't know why people think this is a new or illegal practice.
