That's a terrible analogy. If your food doesn't come, get up and leave. Worst case you're hungry for a little longer. And you don't pay.

You've already seen the worst case scenario if no one cleans your drain.

I see Lester is being an idiot again. Certain towns in Livingston have had major issues with clogged culverts since the August flood.

I wish you the best. Unfortunately, the mayors and representatives are too busy pontificating and blaming everyone for August to do their jobs and make sure the correct maintenance is done to protect from even routine storms.
