What's one thing got to do with another? "Processing power" is speed. Amplification is range. Radio waves we started emitting in the early 19th century is still headed outbound - yeah, it's getting weaker, but FFS people had brain power.
You know the atomic bomb was done by guys with chalkboards, slide rules and extremely limited access to very early mechanical computers.
Ask the fine folks of Hiroshima if that actually happened.

No - the technology for satellites was available WELL before the 1990s - folks with money had large analog dishes in their back yards in the 1970s. Radio and television stations were using satellites heavily by the early 1970s - look up the Elvis, Aloha from Hawaii special if you want some examples. The closed circuit boxing market of the 1970s was also fueled by this technology.
I get that you're young and you don't want to "believe" all of this, but I'm old - I was there. I seent it.

And it's verifiable the atomic bomb was invented. Because it was dropped on Japan.
Here, we have a TV broadcast from the moon. And you can argue technology all you'd like, but there's another variable. Technology is somewhat dependent on the environment it's in. Like the human body.

The signal was transmitted to 3 different locations

The saturn ivb rocket engine is a 2 stage fire rocket engine... absolutely must be done manually. Kinda requires a human to complete those 2 burns, while circling in for translunar injection.

I lose mine when there is a lot of "energy" in the atmosphere directly over my house but during light rains I have no problems.
