So I needed a lighter from the store

I walk into the WallGreens and ask do you have a box of matches...yea right here behind the counter I'm told.

So I get some dog food, and some whiskey.

At checkout, I ask about the matches. Nope. They don't have any ( wtf was 5 minutes ago )

So I ask for 2 good nice bics..blah, blah, me looking at these garbage lighters. So I comment finally these lighters suck. I ask if you don't have anything better..

There is a cop sitting right next to the cashier and this bitch says what you need the lighter for? Are you kidding me?

So I say not gonna answer with the cop here lol. Was just a joke. So she says why do people get scared with cops around...

I straight up say I ain't scared of this cop, I just want a frickng lighter. Wtf is your problem?

My question is this....

Should I not have bought the lighter? It's a shitty one fwiw
