Stop initiating sex with her, and when she tries to come on to you, reject her. Don't be mean about it, just tell her you're too tired to have sex. She will get the subtle hint that she's becoming less attractive to you. Her primitive instincts will then kick in and she will do what she has to do to stay with you.

well, let me relate a story to you. I thought I was gaining weight from snack and a desk job. started at 200, left 9yrs later at 265 and failed to recognize what had really happened. it was quite insidious and not to be taken lightly.
I struggled for years, til I finally realized it was candida. I read about how it starts, which is over the years folks get antibiotics, which kill off the good bacteria and the bad takes over and then we feed it grain, just like how the farmers fatten cattle! go look it up! they inject the cattle with broad spectrum antibiotics feed the cattle lots of grain and they get big n fat. we are no different.
add to that, the fact that the ground is almost dead, no minerals unless you grow your own and use manure and do all the right things, then you will get fabulous tasting foods with tons of mineral content. minerals fight fungus/yeasts, and so does iodine. we are low on minerals and iodine and sulfur etc. and all that slowly contributes to poor health and weight gain. we crave more food because the body needs the minerals, and since the body doesn't get it from normal amounts, it craves even more food.
ever hear of pica? it's the why behind children eating paint chips off walls, chewing on pencils, eating ashes, eating chalk....all due to the body craving more minerals. ask a farmer what he does if he sees any of his animals eating a fence post. he will put out a mineral block.
have her get hair tested and find a nutritionist who knows/follows dr glidden and dr wallach on mineral supplementation...then you'll get good guidance on the way back to good health. your avg MD is not armed with that info and will insist you are wasting dollars on vitamins and minerals, but that contradicts the known facts.
read for yourself, then decide;

If you're married, just build a taste for the thicker lady. If it's that big a deal and you're just dating, may be a show stopper. If they don't want to do it themselves, anything you say is going to be a-hole-ish. Absolutely no way around that.

Start going to gym more and eating healthier. If yall go out to eat, go to places where yall can order healthier choices off menu. Start bringing your lunch to work as well.
