Get her in pictures where she doesn't have time to pose in "the angle" all chicks have in order to take their best picture. Post them on FB and tag her in them. She's see that she looks like she's been training for a hamburger eating contest and hit the gym.

Mine has not had to be told, she knows what the outcome would be. I don't let that happen to me, she doesn't let that happen to herself. Either someone has the internal self-respect to monitor this issue or not. Sorry for you that she doesn't.

Never if you ever want to see her again. I told a chick that I really cared about she'd be healthier if she quit drinking and she would lose some weight (which she told me she wanted to do). She drunkenly sent hateful text after hateful text about how awful a person I am.
