I don’t get it. Everyone says union workers are awful. Why don’t the non-union workers show Elon how much better they are so that he’ll pay them accordingly?

You might be on to something here.

I believe Tesla is more automated, so the labor cost should be lower.

By forcing them all into bankruptcy it pushes electric cars even faster into the public.

These demands from UAW will likely kill off one of the American automakers

GM hasn’t made anything worth buying since the bailout. They’d be no loss.

Labor cost on a finished vehicle is between 10-15%.

Where did you get those numbers? When I ask a union stooge he says 5%.

Prices already went up without anybody getting a raise. Wages not keeping up with inflation is a huge problem. Conservatives blaming workers is a huge fail. Blackrock is laughing at you all.

classic BeepNode post. Post an obvious statement, then take a shot at conservatives.

I looked at it last night. When they had pensions and legacy healthcare it cost GM around $7B/year. These idiots think they can spend that much and stay solvent. Stooges.

We'll have an $80,000 Chevy Cruze that will require $30,000 worth of recall work.

More automation and cars that are just easier to assemble.

I don’t think conservatives are blaming workers. They’re blaming Biden’s monetary policies of spending too much money.

If only Biden hadn't handed out trillions during COVID.

Oh wait...

Classic klark kent post. Criticize a poster that goes against the groupthink here and offer nothing of substance on his own.

welcome back buddy!

couple questions since you decided to engage me first:

how long were you banned for this time?
what exactly got you the ban hammer?
how long you planning on sticking around this time? 3, 6, 9 months?
how many alters did you go through during your ban?

I probably have to take my 1987 era 4x4 tricked out Nissan Hardbody, I keep as a farm truck and refurbish the truck.

Right now a midsize truck, a good example is the GMC Canyon is around the $40K ballpark.
Interest rates are fairly high also.

I see that same $40k truck going up to $44K to $45K.
