So, football won't be happening right?

No way they are shutting down bars but are still going to allow people to pack the dome.

No chance there are fans in the stands but I think the games will get played

Probably won't happen with any fans if at all. I really don't care at this point. 2020 is fricked. Wake me up on November 4th.

An average professional football game lasts 3 hours and 12 minutes, but if you tally up the time when the ball is actually in play, the action amounts to a mere 11 minutes.
The 11 minutes of action was famously calculated a few years ago by the Wall Street Journal. Its analysis found that an average NFL broadcast spent more time on replays (17 minutes) than live play. The plurality of time (75 minutes) was spent watching players, coaches, and referees essentially loiter on the field.
The average NFL game includes 20 commercial breaks containing more than 100 ads. The Journal’s analysis found that commercials took up about an hour, or one-third, of the game.
Great product, huh?

I won’t blink an eye if the NFL doesn’t play.
Was turning out to be a Black Lives Matter campaign on the field.

At this point, I kinda hope that the NFL season doesn’t happen. On the other hand, I really, really want LSU football to happen in some capacity.

No chance for fans. 50/50 it happens at all

I agree but the exact opposite seems more likely

I don’t see any realistic possibility of football this season. They may try, but it won’t last very long if they do. I’m reaching the ‘acceptance’ phase.

I would be more than okay with no NFL. It's more about crying for the BLM movement than football anyway. Over it all.

NFL might be able to play under a bubble scenerio. No fans.
4 stadiums. 8 teams per. 14 games per team. Teams play Sundays and Mondays. 1 game at 1 pm 1 game at 7 pm. Play for 7 weeks. After week 7, Re-mix the teams into the 4 stadiums. 2 weeks to re-acclimate. Play 7 games over 7 weeks (weeks 10-16)
NFC playoffs in one stadium site. AFC in a second site. Super Bowl where currently scheduled.

0% chance. I have a flight booked for our fantasy football draft but I can almost guarantee I’ll have to cancel.

Two weeks between every snap.

College is 100% not happening, but I think the odds favor some kind of NFL season.

We need some kind of miracle before August 1. There is still alot of time IMO for things to get better.

If date(EVENT) <= 11-03-2020
THEN cancel(EVENT)
End if
Football was never happening.
