Do you support political assassinations because you hear things you dislike?

Do you think a nation has an interest in stopping future Progressives from committing the same act?

Truly terrifying that you are "above average"

In this anecdotal (and likely made-up) scenario, are we also supposed to believe your coworkers somehow missed the last several days of media coverage on Charlie Kirk’s assassination by a Leftist?

And once they do catch up. Are you really suggesting this tragedy wouldn’t strike a chord?

Management is responsible for their employees following rules of the house. The employer owes it to their employees to understand.

I’ve fired employees for actions in house and in front of the customers.

I’ve been in that chair.

To understand what? I'm not really following whatever point you're trying to make and am genuinely curious.

There is a huge difference between an employer not liking something you posted and separating from you and a mob of people trying to make something go viral to get someone in trouble, often times in which your employer doesn't care about but they are pleasing the mob.

Cancel culture is toxic, and "both" sides use it, but people think it is OK when their mob is in power but forget that when the other mob gains control they will use the same tactics on you.

Live and let live.

There’s no place in this world for teachers, health care providers, etc that celebrate death.

If they took out Kirk’s name, took away political leanings, and all you were left with is them celebrating a death, you’d see how fricking disturbing it is.

celebrating the assassination of someone for their political beliefs is worthy of being cancelled.

I don't support cancelling someone because of their political beliefs.

One side cancels people over 10 year old non-PC social media posts made when someone was in high school. The other side cancels people who are openly celebrating a murder because they didn't agree with the guy's politics. The 2 sides are not the same.

Well said.

Heard a conversation amongst a few coworkers, all who seemed confused by the amount of coverage. All they knew was Charlie Kirk was dead and they’d heard he supported Trump, which to them meant he was “a racist” and “shouldn’t be celebrated”.

I don't agree with the OP, and I agree it is different.

I will say, though, that I have seen many, many people (mostly on Facebook) say that democratic leaders, such as Obama, Pelosi, etc. are better off dead. I have always thought those are terrible things to say, but I usually see a lot of "thumbs up" to those comments online.

I did… that wasn’t your premise though,.. of course it would… I only see a few loons actually celebrating him getting killed … most or speaking out against Kirk rhetoric not condoning the fact he was killed
