It shouldn't exist in the first place. There should be no reason for any program to be teaching such young children about sex nor sexuality. Children at that age aren't just "young adults" and creating such programming for them proves those creating it not only do not understand child psychology but shows their endeavors as nothing more than selfish virtue-signaling.

No, two different things Stout. They may not be able to afford it, or don’t have access to medical care, or on waiting lists, or they’re too old. Could be any number of reasons.

I haven’t! But that’s awesome you brought this up!
I watched the original documentary “Paris is Burning” in the mid 90’s after I got out of high school. Pose is based off of it. But my understanding of the show is that it’s kept VERY close to the source material and incredibly accurate.

It does seem like they are enabling/leaning into an identity disorder rather than treating it.
Where psych can't find answers (they often can't), endocrinologists and surgeons are happy to get paid.

Okay. Simple answer to a complex question.
A cross-dresser enjoys the clothes of the opposite sex, whether it’s a single article of clothing or dressing up with the whole ball of wax in the image of a woman. They have no desire to actually be the opposite sex and are perfectly content with the sex with which they were born. They will dress up like a woman, but then turn around and enjoy being a dude.
Binary Transgender (I use transsexual) rejects the sex in which they were born as. It’s not about the clothes or image, but aligning the physical body to the mind as closely as possible. Hormones and surgical procedures are part of that.
Hope that clarifies it.
