Robin Quivers does that. I knew a family that lives in a very old house with bad plumbing. They couldn't flush any paper down the toilet without it backing up so they threw away everything.

My 8 year old son did this at my house a few months ago. I freaked out on him and asked why he did that. He said they taught him that at school. So I called and found out that he had seen other kids at school doing that. Disgusting...
