This is why I don't understand why police unions are so against body cameras. They help good cops, and get rid of the bad eggs.
Maybe the federal government should quit giving departments expensive military equipment and armored vehicles, and buy them some damn cameras instead.

So if you are a police and receive a call that an armed robbery has been reported and when you get to the scene and see a group that matches the description that was reported, you attempt to talk to them and they take off running then all of a sudden one of them reaches for a gun, you are telling me you would handle that situation different?

That's probably exactly how it happened. They were specifically looking for a 13 year old black kid who was strapped with a bb gun so they can shot him and say they didn't know it was a bb gun. Those clever police.

Exactly, except they plant the BB guns on the kids. CPD vehicles carry at least a dozen BB guns in their cruisers. Dept SOP.
