Look at his face in the top left picture. That's a guy who is mentally unstable.

I heard he used to be a security guard for the Saints.

That plays into my theory of a jealous delusional guy who found the right opportunity to get revenge.

Go back and look at your last pic posted with the passenger door open. It is clearly evident that one bullet hole hit the door, but did not exit the door panel.

he claimed that he shot through the windshield. There were no bullet holes in the windshield

this is laughably bad how many assumptions do you have to make that disagree with the FACTS to reach this conclusion?

So why did he wait around for the cops to be taken into custody without any resistance?

wouldn't it be possible that he was brake checked?

No, because there was a car stopped in front of Smith's vehicle that Smith's car was forced into hitting! Any other stupid questions?

Did you witness this accident or do you have a report of this? I haven't read that anywhere. I do know that if you are hit from behind it is very likely, and reported in this case, that you can be pushed forward into another car.

I know. Based on appearances. We don't know that for sure. Strong suspicion.

Fuller is an a-hole.

Exactly, but media jumped to the conclusion that Hayes was the original aggressor which may or may not be true. Most initial reports blamed it on road-rage.

Just so it's known, I'm not picking sides and I think guilty parties deserve the consequences, but I find the facts and the reporting of this case very interesting.

"Road rage" usually connotes the idea that both parties were at least somewhat involved in the initial escalation. Only a fricking psychopath pulls out a gun and shoots someone to death over it, though.

New video on Nola.com sounds like a witness heard Smith say I have a gun, then the shooter say I have a gun too and then gunshots. If Smith was getting into his car the shooter may have thought Smith was getting a gun and was about to turn around and open up on him.

Over road-rage only... yes. But as more and more details surface, we see that it's clearly not the case.

Coincidence? I think not.

I think this is the most telling bit of information. Does not sound like a random act of violence.
