Full presser by whom? The cops?
Posted on 4/13/16 at 4:02 pm to oleyeller
plus i would rather go to jail than die or lose a loved one from some TPOS

Heard from an attorney at Camp & Poydras the presser will be a witness who was unattached to entire episode

Fuller is the shooters attorney.

you would run through a red light right there on a busy street to catch up with your friend?

Fuller presser later today. Supposed to be "major"
its pretty possible that presser by smiths attorney gave them some red meat - if they can strongly and clearly refute some of the assertions it might not be major legally but in the court of public opinion it might make a dent.

Probably true.
May not reveal any new details. Just refute/put a different spin some vague statements that were made earlier.

If the gun wasnt in a compartment, I think we will certainly hear that.
Im sure he will address the initial hit and run that Thomson made light of
Possible inebriation on Smith's part
Defendents side of the confrontation and different look into Racquel being shot?

Doubt Thompson watched the video.
I think the presser didn't help anything, unless Raquel was shot first.

Or the possibility that Racquel may have been drunk and instigated Will into getting the gun

I don't really understand the compartment angle here.
If someone says "I have a gun" and then reaches into their car, the other party has no idea whether said gun is locked away in a compartment on laying on the seat a foot away from them. If it's reasonable to believe someone was reaching for a weapon, the fact that it was in a compartment doesn't make much of a difference in my eyes. Especially if Hayes doesn't have a direct view into the car, which is what has been insinuated by Smith's attorney.
Maybe someone can better explain that to me.

That's taking speculation pretty far.

Just adding possibilities not facts

I cant lol.
I can guarantee you that if I am at my car door and I tell a cop I have a gun and I turn around to go rummage into my console, im getting shot whether it be in my back, head, leg, whatever. That cop isnt waiting for me to turn around with said gun
