Fist fight might have worked better and all parties would still be alive
Why would Hummer stop at that point though, must have been more even before that point

Sorry to all you naysayers, but I am Team Smith. I believe his witnesses' accounts more than I believe the Johnnie Cochran wannabe.

Again, you really shouldn't be "Team" anyone until all of the evidence is made available.

Go to 1:25 of this video. He stopped because there were cars in front of him, like many of us said was a possibility.

Chad and company told us all many pages ago that he slammed on his brakes in the middle of the street way before a red light so he could brake check Smith because he was driving a Benz.

you're right. i was still under the impression she was in the vehicle and a bullet went through him and lodged in her leg when i came up with that theory.

I really don't expect you to get this but you are making assumptions about the intent or not intent of Hayes driving. Yes there was a car in much closer proximity than previously thought could have been but none the less it was still an abrupt stop (even newscaster called it abrupt). He did a quick slam and release of brakes. But hey, you waste no time making the assumption that there was zero intent behind this kind of a stop because it suits your desire to stick up for this a-hole. I'm not convinced he had this ill intent with the car nearer, but i'd still say it was kind of an abrupt a-hole kind of stop. Maybe Will didnt' even know there were cars in front of hummer. Hummer was to left of lane, will's LOS was in midddle of hummer. Maybe just maybe, Will was thinking possibly, this hummer being driven by a likely a-hole at this time of the night making that kind of stop is out for trouble. But frick it, you have agendas too so you assume that this couldn't possibly be assumed. Maybe will really did think he didn't hit hummer, hummer never did come to a stop and was still rolling post "tap". Maybe he did hit, maybe he honestly thought he didn't' hit, who knows but team smith isn't the only team making assumptions. you just have agendas in not calling out all of your owns.

Peace be with you homie.

hot pursuit and Smith brake checked him causing second accident

Hayes had to be approaching at a high rate of speed. How could Smith brake check Hayes with the impala in front of him? Hayes, blinded with rage, was unable to so and caused the second wreck

1. He was probably over the limit
2. Because he was rich and thought he could do whatever he wanted. He couldn't be bothered stopped for a few minutes and own up to it.

What assumption? There were cars at the red light in front of him. He had to stop.

Just say 'I thought' instead of previously thought. You thought that but stated it as fact and went on your whole rampage on an assumption.

Oh the newscaster called it abrupt so it must be. LOL you cant be serious, but you probably are.

quote:

But hey, you waste no time making the assumption that there was zero intent behind this kind of a stop

My assumption is that he had to come to a stop because he had to. If you think that stop was abrupt, you need to go out on a road and slam on your brakes and see the difference.

It may look abrupt because Smith didnt have time to stop because he was too close and stopped late.

quote:

but i'd still say it was kind of an abrupt a-hole kind of stop.

Oh ok. So you almost want to take back what you said but your pride wont let you admit you were wrong.

quote:

Maybe Will didnt' even know there were cars in front of hummer. Hummer was to left of lane, will's LOS was in midddle of hummer.

Why does it matter if Will didnt know if there were cars in front of the Hummer? If there is a car in front of you, there is a car in front of you. Does him not knowing the situation in front of the Hummer excuse him from disobeying the rules of driving? no

quote:

Maybe just maybe, Will was thinking possibly, this hummer being driven by a likely a-hole at this time of the night making that kind of stop is out for trouble.

Holy shite lol.

Well lets say Will Smith was thinking this. Wouldnt that give him more incentive to avoid the Hummer? Hey this guy is looking for trouble, let me get on his arse so when he brake checks me, I hit him.

That statement of yours literally goes against your somewhat of a point.

quote:

Maybe will really did think he didn't hit hummer, hummer never did come to a stop and was still rolling post "tap".

So Will didnt think he hit the Hummer but he decided to run through the red light ahead of him. Sure

quote:

But frick it, you have agendas too so you assume that this couldn't possibly be assumed.

Im looking at it without sending someone to jail for life from the get go. You have jumped to conclusions from the beginning.

Many thought you started trolling but I guess you are as dumb as we all thought.

I just watched the Leon Cannizaro video with the "hit and run" and I don't see any damage to the back of the Hummer.

I would agree that the Shooter felt disrespected because Smith didn't stop.

At 1:05 the front of the Hummer is shown to have significant damage. You can see the mounted tire has swung open.

At 1:22 in this video, there is a clear view of the front of the Mercedes and it doesn't look damaged to me. At 1:36, after Smith bumps the Hummer, the back of the Hummer doesn't appear to be damaged and the mounted tire is in place.

If it had been me, I'm not sure that I would have gotten out of my car in an accident with a Hummer with windows tinted so dark you can't see in.

I think I would have called 911 first.

See the link I posted a few mins ago. A piece of debris falls from one of the vehicles after the impact.

I saw it and it's not significant damage to the car. Maybe a plastic part?

It's certainly not worth shooting someone or getting shot.

So you admit that Smith hit the hummer and then illegally ran?
