Hayes better hope his attorney was at the site quickly to see where that gun was. I have zero faith that somebody wouldn't have moved it.

I am confused as to why he hasn't been charged with anything related to smiths wife. Seems like he should have been, but obviously that can be added later. Guess they were waiting to make sure it wasnt smith that accidentally shot her when he was reaching for his gun.
