Hayes will be found guilty of accidentally shooting the wife not for the death of Will Smith imo based on the new testimony and evidence.

Well he had already shown that he makes poor decisions by murdering a man and severely wounding his wife so I wouldn't put much stock in his decision making process

Something about the wife being hit in the right leg just doesn't add up.

Could have been a reaction by her to "kick" her legs up as the shooting began. Just speculating though.
