There isn't a team Hayes. The issue is does Hayes have any legitimate argument to make. Initially it was 100 percent no. Now it is let's keep gathering all the facts to see if he does have an argument. Why be against that?

lester my opinions formulated with the witness video and hayes and his partner being hostile with Smith first. If the witness is making shite up, so be it. i'm going off an account of a witness. Claiming victory on a hit and run and all this is pointless in the end game of what transpired at scene. My original thinking was why fuller didn't pin point smith as the hit and run vehicle when asked directly. Fine assumed wrong. Still not sure why he didn't confirm that. In any case, being a brake check or not literally changes nothing. If anything, only further made Hayes mad and irrational at next scene.

when in reality they only think that can be linked is witnesses describing how smith was the one acting in rage and making people feel in danger

If Hayes just stayed put and waited for his claims adjuster to call, he wouldn't have been in that spot.
Again, it's terrible. I chalk another two lives ruined to drinking and driving. Simple as that.

There is a witness saying Hayes came up "freaking out" at the scene. We now know that it was because Smith had just done a hit and run on him. Not justifying shooting for that alone just stating.

From that witness I got he saw Hayes and smith having a confrontation, where Hayes said I'm going to fight you Etc, then the gun comments
It is also a very quick witness blurb and doesn't go into much detail at all
