Still doesn't explain why Hayes decided to randomly stop at a green light with no vehicles in front of him.
He had premature stopulation.
He was probably impaired as well.
His braking technology is more of a slam on your brakes thing, not easing in to slowing down.

So far, in the last 12 hours, you have jumped to two conclusions that were proved wrong by video evidence Chad
That is impressive

am curious to know if all the shots fired were from one gun. Or if one of the shots came from Smith and that is what hit his wife.
i can admit this is one scenario that COULD be a game changer... but what could have cause smith to misfire at his wife... possibly being shot from behind?
and if that were the case, then there goes 2nd degree murder. it proves smith had a weapon and hayes felt threatned

And red stick tigress is now "pulling a chad" and arguing against video evidence

Well that settles it
Premature Stopulation

Congrats your client wins, oh shite, nevermind, he's still booked with 2nd degree murder.

Lets clear things up, are there cars there now in front of the Hummer or not?

that is not key to this case. i'm assuming it to so the case that smith indeed had a weapon in car. But i think Smith had due reason to retrieve weapon out of protection from threats outside vehicle.

Nobody is saying this proves anything, Chad. Is just proves you have been talking out of your arse like usual

There is a park in the triangle between Magazine and Sophie Wright/Camp Street at that intersection.
There are many parks (Coliseum Square to name one) within the LGD and the curve of the MS river that dictate how the streets were laid out, most being one way streets.

you mean the threats witnesses claim smith made?

then why is it being discussed and argued as a means of validation of anything then by team hayes? i really don't give no shits about it. the hit and run makes sense and explains hayes rage on scene.

chad, you jumping to conclusions 2 or 3 times and ended up being wrong in just 24hours is a sign that maybe you shouldn't put Hayes behind bars before a trial. Despite your terrible jokes you are usually pretty rational, but here you are just being ignorant

This is not directed to you Chad. I'd just like to clear a couple of things up for humanity.
You shouldn't drink and drive.
You shouldn't follow too closely.
You shouldn't run from an accident.
You shouldn't chase someone down after an accident
You shouldn't pull guns on people because you were in an accident.
You shouldn't shoot anyone because you were in an accident.

Actually, can you link me to the witness testimony of Hayes "rage" and acting like an "animal?"
I'm starting to think no witness may have said this given you are the source
