re: Smith Shooter's Lawyer "My Client Was Not The Aggressor"

Will may have been reaching for the gun because he feared for his life. However, if there is a gun and he was reaching for it, Hayes has a case
I never once said Will may have not been the one fearing for his life first. You are just a prick that makes a ton of assumptions

I don't think this is necessarily true re. what juries want. Look at the Trayvon Martin case.
Even if it is true, Hayes could and likely will say that he THOUGHT he saw a gun. Ive seen a few recent highly publicized cases where cops got off on that very basis.
Until more facts come out its a waste of everyone's time to analyze the case and claim it will resolve a certain way.

According to Chad there is no need for a trial

Well Smith isn't the one who needs the defense. The fact is he was shot and killed, he didn't shoot anyone and he didn't kill anyone. He was a beloved icon in New Orleans. No one is blindly defending him, just recognizing someone that meant something to the city was shot and killed.
i shouldnt even entertain this post but this thread is 31 pages for a reason. To say no one is blinding defending Smith is ridiculous, counselor

How did they end up smashing into the Impala with WS's friends in it? I don't remember seeing it in front of Hayes in the video. Was the Impala dude just posted up in the middle of the road?

He wanted that insurants money

Will Smith's actions before the shooting certainly are important and it's ok to discuss what those actions might have been. Just because he was an icon of the city doesn't mean he couldn't have done some dumb shite that ended up giving the shooter a justified reason to shoot. The two are in no way mutually exclusive.

you blindly knighting for Smith is quite intriguing to me.
Quote me where I'm knighting for smith. I think you are confused. Quite frankly I don't really care how this unfolds, but I can recognize who Smith was and that his life was taken from him........now if the situation was reversed, would you still be siding with the shooter?
Posted on 4/11/16 at 11:08 pm to Chad504boy
we get it chad, you're racist.

What does this have to do with anything I said? And no, that particular video won't mean much in the grand scheme of things.

Any other reason he's brake checking 200 ft from intersection Lester? Huh Lester tell me, was it a black kitten that ran across road now?

are you saying if Will Smith shot him and went to jail, would i side with him given the same facts?
frick yes.
and this thread would be 100 pages.

What else can I say?
I said there is a chance this guy is guilty as hell and deserves to rot
But
If Smith was in fact reaching for a gun, then he has a case
That is as impartial as it gets
Your educated response is "fricking negative"
There is no actually conversation to truly have with you here

You keep ignoring validity to why will is reaching for gun and telling this guy to get away. You can't rob a car and person in car says I have a gun and that gives legitimacy to robber pulling gun and shooting victim
Posted on 4/11/16 at 11:11 pm to 13SaintTiger
You're acting like it's ridiculous to question the actions of both parties. It's a tragic situation all around, but I think we can all agree it's clearly not black and white at this point.

Because he saw a Mercedes behind him, stopped short and would later claim there was contact and his neck was hurting. Lawsuit.
Very common.

frick yes.
But one of the first points you bought up in the original thread was Smith dragging his wife. And that was initially after news came out he was killed.
