Lester is showing bias, it's been reported by witnesses Hayes was freaking out wanting to fight will and that has swayed his opinion zilch in smith feeling the need to declare "get out of here I have a gun" to the soon to be murderer

I read that he hasn't been charged with anything and I don't think he's been publicly identified yet.
I've wondered where he was while this was going on. Sitting in the car, perhaps. I haven't heard or read anything indicating anyone other than Hayes was involved, but I also find it curious that there was a car with Hayes' friends in it there. If that car was hit, it would seem it was already in place before the 2nd rear ending took place.

im showing bias because I want all the facts before I say Hayes is totally guilty? Im not sitting here pulling for him. I just want him to have a fair shake. Any responsible American would. I honestly dont give a frick if Will Smith is a Saints player or a bum on the street. That is clouding people's judgement. You prob didnt believe Darren Sharper was a rapist either, did you? Athletes can be fallible. The sooner you realize this the sooner you will realize that you need to hear all the facts.
the conclusions you are drawing from :12 seconds of video may very well be right. But how goddamn stupid do you have to close the book based on that? You dont know what the frick happened leading up to any of that. Maybe that witness knows. But shite, it was on that video.

I thought they began recording right after the shots were fired.

Well I'm not actually the court of law u know right? I'm just a person formulating an opinion with some appearingly credible immediate testimony of what transpired.

The video is of someone interviewing a witness. It was after the fact, 10-15 minutes. The police were on the scene already sorting things out. It was like 3 sentences long and very vague.
