It's sitting right in front of the TV speaker/soundbar. Like I said..all they'll get is the TV...Let them record me telling my dogs to get out of my chair. I don't really care. There's nothing we speak of that matters.
It truly is not earth shattering in my house as an issue. But then again I'm cognizant to everything that hooks up to the network. I'm no tin hat wearing fool, but I'm not dumb either to the world of hackers/eavesdroppers.

You are very correct Evil Little Thing ... Your phone listens to you everywhere, tracks you so it knows where you were when you said it. Not much difference between a smart home device and your smartphone, just a better speaker. With that said, I still carry my phone around.

LinkedIn is the really creepy one. I get "do you know him/her" suggestions for fictional people I invented in order to troll scammers...and those people don't even have anything other than an email.
