I was just talking to someone who works for a train company.
She said there were 15 wrecks in November in her territory (nola east to central bama).
This shite happens all the time.
Darwinism.

You can listen to music while jogging (or walking on a train track for that matter) at a volume that will keep you in tune with surroundings. It's really not that difficult, just a little common sense and awareness of the world around you.

How could you even think that's a bright idea? Wait let me walk along the railroad tracks, hey let me also wear my headphones while doing so.

I always wear one ear bud in one ear and just let the other ear bud hang out.. Don't care how it looks. This way I can hear my surroundings along with music.

I work outside a lot and wear headphones.......but always with only one earbud in. Can't trust people to not be idiots in parking lots and such. Wearing them on a train track would scare the hell out of me.
