I leaned left in my 20s, right in my 30s, and don't gaf anymore in my 40s, and I've always slept like the dead. I also suffer from crippling alcoholism, so who knows?

I'm truly sorry. I've been there and know how unbearably brutal that is. All I can do from this screen is offer prayers, and I will. There is another side even though it feels impossible and it's inexplicable how much different and better it is. If there's anything more I can do to help, I'll be more than happy to.
