Why are there police there?
Looks like something where skateboarding is ok...?
Are the police there to shut down crazy illegal out of control skateboarding?
As in, is this a skateboarding riot thing and the police needed to be called?
Because that cop put his shoulder into the guy on the skateboard and damn near killed him.
ETA: Cop looks to have strategically "stood his ground." Why are people skateboarding? Why are there cops? And why are there so many other people?
