I honestly never appreciated how much larger Jupiter / Saturn are than Uranus / Neptune until I saw these images.

We should put all the money and technology into making Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn livable planets that humans could endure. Mars -- no problem. The other two would be next to impossible unless special adaptations were made. Also, the moons around those planets could be used. People could segregate, since that's what most of them want anyway.

Think of it like Goldilocks logic... excluding Earth, the other planets are "too hot/cold/under the influence of violent weather or bone-crushing gravity"... Mars may not be just right, but it's the least bad alternate destination.

I don't like making a 4 hour trip already, via car or plane. I shudder to think of the process it would take to make a visit to friggin Saturn.
