Shrooms for sale on Amazon?

Saw this on an Amazon seller forum. Amazon has been banning health products over some of the benefit claims by the sellers so naturally those getting banned are on a witch hunt and dug up that Amazon is allowing shrooms.
It's OK because these are for lab research only despite already being liquified and put into a syringe

That being said, why else would people be buying this? The argument is that Amazon is banning actual health products but allowing this. I see the argument the other sellers are making TBH.

mushrooms/cultures/spores have l always been very easy to get. It can be a nice little side business if you know people who partake

I may or may not have bought a grow kit before
the "spores" are available on a bunch of different websites and I don't think they are illegal.
Now when you have mature psilocybin mushrooms it becomes illegal (depending on your state)

The guy complaining about this used Helium10 to look at the sell-through rates and he claims the seller is making $10K per month on just one of the products.

Spores are completely legal to buy. The process of growing them is what is illegal.

Yes, but like anything else, quality matters. You can buy grow kits for a variety of mushrooms, not just the fun kind. You can make your grow as big and complicated or as small and simple as you want.

I grow Golden Teachers in a Midwest Grow Kit. For experimental and research purposes only. Sometimes when friends come over, I'll break out the microscope and we do research on spores.
I don't ask permission to do anything from our government.
I wouldn't buy spores or substrate from Amazon. Go with Midwest. You get much better research done that way.
