She's listening to the same music "her community" listens to, so what's the problem?

Found it! It's really not that bad of a video. Background hype music to her trying to show the world she's a "strong badass female"

LMH. But you are a cop. Leave that stereotype behind. Stop trying to prove that you are still one of them. Just be a good cop.

I'm guessing she violated department policy by posting that video.

The social media violation is the extra icing on the cake.

I suspect she is a sub standard Officer and likely embarrassed herself in the video of herself involved in an altercation.

They’re trying to use the social media violation to get rid of her for other reasons that may not be strong enough.

So was the black female officer listening to songs with the N word or are there widely circulated rap songs with slurs for other races?

It silly, but it was also stupid for her to post it to tiktok.

I think the officer was involved in something else like a fight where she might get charged, but I am struggling with slow internet and can’t get story again.

EDIT
quote:

"That was concerning, but there was another thing that actually led to being placed on leave," SPD spokesperson Chris Bordelon said, adding that there was an allegation of the officer participating in a street fight somewhere in downtown Shreveport. "It was the totality of those things."

That is more likely bigger reason for suspension.

I wonder if she was in uniform at the fight or not.

The event will showcase several rappers live on stage, including Plies, Weebie, and Cupid. More artists are expected to be announced later. In addition to the performances, there will be food vendors, games, and additional live entertainment.

The event is scheduled for Sunday, May 4, at the Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport. Gates will open at 2:00 p.m., and you must be 21 or older to enter.

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS)— The organizers of Festival Plaza’s next event call it the “Biggest Event Of The Year”.

Tequila Fest is set for Sunday, May 5, and will include music from two Louisiana rap headliners, Torence Ivy Hatch Jr., known as Boosie, and Webster Gradney Jr., known as Webbie.

“Just seeing the city of Shreveport having just great entertainment, it’s like it doesn’t even feel like Shreveport anymore. It’s like it’s growing, and we’re a part of it, so it’s exciting to be a part of it for sure,” said Jay Lee, co-owner of Luxx & Rowe, the organizer for Tequila Fest.

I can’t view tiktok, so I don’t know what slurs were in song. I don’t think the guy got offended as much as it’s about attention for him (he is running or has run for sheriff) and a small possibility it’s also about a double standard. This officer’s fight on May 5th is being bundled in with the tiktok video by chief of police to suspend her.

The issue for video is likely being in uniform and posting it herself which if N word was the slur would probably be a slap on the wrist for a black female as opposed to any other race also just wanting to support black artists…

For the fight there is allegedly a video as well, but I can’t find it to see if she was also in uniform at the time and just went off the rails or was acting as an uncivil civilian. Either way it was stupid to post the tiktok video just after the May 5th fight which may lead to her arrest. You want to avoid being on the radar anymore than you already are in that situation.

The problem is she’s another child in a profession that is being overrun with children who are just using the profession to promote their social media account.

If you wanna be a cop, you need to be better than dancing on tiktok/instagram in uniform and not doing your job.
