Prayer is gonna make Shreveport safer!!
Yep, 2 days of prayers are going to stop the daily drive bys, carjackings and armed robberies.

Nowhere in this does it say it has to be a functioning gun, or a gun that could cause bodily damage...

Perkins is a Democrat. So he can do whatever he wants and get away with it.
I don’t get the train of thought by Democratic leaders. Do they sit around and make lists of the most ridiculous ideas they can think of to implement just to see if anyone will call their bluff? Then completely shite the bed when it comes to doing anything practical or effective to reduce crime?
