Woke up to dime size chunks falling heavy about 7 am. Still flurries blowing around.
It's 35 degrees. It ain't sticking but everyone is losing their minds.
KEEL news radio said Nov. 2nd, 1951 is the earliest snowfall recorded in Shreveport.

That was a good night. New years eve. I was a freshmen at LSU, but was home in Shreveport for the holidays. We smoked a whole hog. I remember the game being on, but we were partying and riding four wheelers in the snow.

I was eating in a restaurant in BR that had the game on. I thought it was in Wisconsin or something until I saw it was the Indy Bowl.
